- Marketing
If you have asked for information or given your consent, we will send you material about the Haus Maids franchise opportunity — including discovery event invitations, network news and follow-up information — by email, phone or post.
You can stop this at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, replying to ask us to stop, or emailing franchise@hausmaids.co.uk. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it, and we may still contact you about an enquiry you have made or an arrangement between us.
- Cookies and tracking
This website uses cookies and similar technologies.
Strictly necessary cookies are needed for the site to work and are always active.
Analytics, advertising and tracking technologies — including [Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta pixel] — are only set once you have given consent through our cookie banner. These allow us to measure how our advertising performs and to show Haus Maids franchise advertising to people who have visited this site.
You can give, refuse or change your choices at any time through [the cookie banner / the cookie settings link in the footer]. Full detail of the cookies we use is in our [Cookie Policy — LINK].
- Where your information is handled
We are based in the UK, and so is most of our processing. Some of our service providers process information outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on an appropriate safeguard — either UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, together with any additional measures needed.
Providers that may involve transfers outside the UK currently include:
- Google (Ads and Analytics) — USA
- Microsoft 365 — USA and EU
- Meta — USA, where we run Meta advertising
You can ask us for details of the safeguards we rely on by emailing franchise@hausmaids.co.uk.
- Automated decision-making
We do not make decisions about your franchise application by automated means. The questions on our enquiry form help us prepare for a conversation with you; every decision about whether to progress an enquiry is made by a person.
- Your rights
You have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
- ask us to delete information, in some circumstances;
- ask us to restrict how we use your information, in some circumstances;
- object to us using your information where we rely on legitimate interests — including objecting to direct marketing at any time, which we will always act on;
- ask us to transfer certain information to you or another organisation; and
- withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on it.
To exercise any of these, email franchise@hausmaids.co.uk. We will respond within one month. If your request is complex or you have made several, we may extend this by up to two further months and will tell you if we do. If we need more information from you to identify you or to locate what you are asking for, we will ask, and the time limit runs from when you reply.
- Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first at franchise@hausmaids.co.uk so we can try to put it right.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office:
- Website: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint

- Post: Information Commissioner’s Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5AF
