Plenty to Celebrate at Haus Maids……
It’s been another exciting week at Haus Maids, and I’m particularly pleased that we’ve just announced our first franchise webinar in over 15 months!
We’ve made so many improvements to the business during that time, and I’m really looking forward to sharing them with everyone who joins us on Wednesday 21st October.
Looking back at September, I’m delighted to report that it was another record-breaking month for Haus Maids across the group.
We increased the number of regular customers across our network, two of our offices achieved their best-ever sales months, and another office completed an incredible 100 estimates during September alone!
This week I also recorded my monthly video update for our franchisees. It’s something I do every month to share what’s happening at Head Office, look at the latest figures across the network and highlight the numbers that really matter when running and growing a Haus Maids business.
And finally, a little bit of exciting news that I can’t say too much about just yet. One of our franchisees is currently in discussions with a professional football club about a potential sponsorship agreement. Hopefully, I’ll have more to share on that soon!
There’s certainly plenty happening at Haus Maids at the moment, and I’m looking forward to another busy month ahead.
I hope you enjoy this week’s newsletter.

Our First Franchise Webinar in Over 15 Months
It’s been over 15 months since we last hosted a Haus Maids franchise webinar, and we’re delighted to announce that we’re back!
On Wednesday 21st October at 7pm, We are hosting a live online webinar introducing the latest Haus Maids franchise opportunity.
Over the past 15 months, we’ve made some significant changes to our franchise offering, including new technology, professional training resources, marketing support and a whole new look for the brand.
Now we’re looking forward to showing you what we’ve been working on.
Richard Knight will be hosting the webinar personally as Head of Franchising, taking you through how the Haus Maids business works, what you receive as a franchisee and what makes this an exciting time to consider joining us.
The webinar will last approximately 25–30 minutes, including an opportunity to ask me questions directly.
Whether you’ve already downloaded our franchise information pack or you’re only just starting to explore the idea of running your own business, you’re very welcome to join us.

More Than Just a Car….
If you’ve ever spotted a Haus Maids car out on the road, you’ll probably have noticed its distinctive, understated appearance.
We’ve deliberately chosen a clean, premium look for our vehicles. Nothing too loud or flashy, just smart, professionally signwritten cars that reflect the quality of the Haus Maids brand.
But our cars play a much bigger role in the business than simply looking good.
They’re one of our most effective forms of advertising. In fact, our branded vehicles are our second biggest source of new customer enquiries. Every journey through a franchisee’s territory helps build local awareness of Haus Maids.
They’re also a real benefit when it comes to recruiting and retaining cleaning team members. Unlike many similar jobs where employees are expected to use their own vehicles, our team members benefit from company-provided transport without having to cover the running costs themselves.
And then there’s the customer experience.
There’s something reassuring about a professionally signwritten Haus Maids car arriving outside your home, with smartly uniformed team members stepping out, ready to get to work. It creates confidence, reinforces our premium positioning and gives customers that little sense of pride in the company they’ve chosen to look after their home.
But do you need to buy a car when you first join Haus Maids?
Not necessarily.
We understand that starting a new business involves a significant investment, and that maintaining sufficient working capital is just as important as getting the business off the ground.
Depending on how a new franchisee plans to launch their business, it may be possible to begin using their own suitable vehicle, introducing their first branded Haus Maids car once they’ve established a foothold in their territory.
As their business grows, the aim is to develop a fleet of professionally signwritten vehicles, just like those operating across our franchise network today.
It’s another example of how we try to make starting a Haus Maids business practical, without compromising on the premium brand we’re building.
