We are delighted to announce the opening of our latest franchise to join the Haus Maids brand.
The new franchise covering Bishops’ Stortford and the surrounding areas, has been acquired by husband and wife team Tom & Lacey Davies, the business will be spearheaded by Tom, who previously enjoyed a successful career in recruitment managing teams, building a trustworthy service and providing excellent customer relations. Lacey will be assisting Tom, her background is in education, currently working as the Deputy Headteacher in a local primary school. They have both lived in the area since childhood and know community well.
New Haus Maids Director Tom Davies comments –“Lacey and I have long decided we would like to run our own business, however we never knew what that would be! Interestingly, I found an advertisement online which showed the franchise Haus Maids. This immediately drew us in as we liked the branding which was our first impression of the business. It was modern, eye catching, and the wording was appealing. With this in mind our investigation into the franchise began, fuelling our interest further. On meeting Richard Knight, the Franchise Director, we felt that his approach was very honest about how we as franchisees would go about establishing the business and the potential growth it could offer us, which ticked a lot of our boxes for what we would like to achieve. We chose a home cleaning franchise because this is an area of interest to us both where we could see our skills in previous employment being put to good use. Haus Maids, established in 2012, started franchising two years ago with their pilot franchise in Winchester, Hampshire, after the success of the pilot, the concept was advertised to potential franchisees nationwide at the start of 2019, Bishops’ Stortford is the first of many new areas that they hope will have a Haus Maids actively leading the way in.
