The event promised a day full of news, workshops and networking between all members of the Haus Maids family along with three guest speakers, taking place at The Bush Hotel, Farnham, Surrey. We hold this conference annually, and sees our wonderful franchise owners come together to discuss anything and everything about their day-to-day work.
Conference 2022
The day kicked off with an official welcome from Haus Maids Co-Founders Rich Knight and Kyley Knight-Novell with their top five lessons learnt over the past decade running Haus Maids.
After coffee our first speaker arrived – Penny Power OBE who gave a wonderful insight into being an entrepreneur and building a large business. Following Penny came TJ a mindful coach who taught our franchisees many techniques for dealing with the highs and lows of business ownership. After lunch we were once again joined by a guest speaker, the leading sales speaker in the UK Ben Kench, who gave us an insight into his vast experience of selling.
The rest of the afternoon was dedicated to looking forward to the coming year with some major announcements that certainly went down well with our franchisees.
Before we wrapped up for the day to head for pre-dinner drinks followed by a marvellous evening of great food & drinks we came together to celebrate individual successes within the group.
Our first award of the day was won by Gabi Vrabie, one of our cleaning team members, every year each office gets to put forward a nomination for their cleaning team member of the year and winner receives a trophy and a £200 voucher.
Our second award was to our longest serving franchisee Victoria Green, who’s business has recently grown into a £1,000,000 turnover business, Victoria was made our first member of our £1M Club.
Our last award went to Linnet Mosforth, Cheltenham who won the 2022 Franchisee of the Year award for a truly remarkable year, including two TV appearances and a staggering 156% growth year on year.
